- ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat and prepare: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Create the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, and chili flakes. Stir these together until the mixture is creamy and well-blended.
- Fill and top: Spoon the filling into each phyllo cup and place onto a baking sheet, then sprinkle a generous amount of Parmesan cheese over each filled cup. This extra Parmesan will melt and turn golden as it bakes, adding a deliciously crispy texture.
